Dale has past industrial experience in machining, forging, powder coating and graphite manufacturing in positions including engineering, project and sales management, and company ownership. Dale leads Ohio Carbon Blank to think like its customers and is dedicated to providing the highest quality graphite and excellent customer. Dale is passionate about supporting local college STEM initiatives and is an active member of the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA).
Paul Geoffrion, Sales Team Leader
With 25+ years’ of experience in the graphite industry, Paul has extensive graphite specification and application knowledge across multiple industries including Electrical Discharge Machining, Continuous Casting, Research & Development, CNC Machining and more. Paul is dedicated to assisting customers with finding the best solution to their needs while helping them to achieve their business goals including improving bottom line and inventory optimization. Paul’s personal and dedicated service ensures that Ohio Carbon Blank customers receive the best quality products, excellent customer support and on-time deliveries.
Joan Oshaben, Graphite Application Specialist and Sales Lead
Joan has 30+ years’ experience in industrial sales and customer service. Her extensive technical graphite knowledge and sales management skills allow her to assist customers with finding the best solution to their needs. Joan is dedicated to excellent customer service and works jointly with other Ohio Carbon Blank Graphite Specialists to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Susan Furman, Quality Leader
Susan is a trained ISO Standard Internal Auditor who ensures quality objectives are met and conducts internal audits of the Quality Management System. She is responsible for maintaining ISO 9001:2008 standards in all of the company’s production processes, updating internal quality manual changes and ensuring the achievement of company quality objectives.
Cindy Moore, Administrative Manager
Cindy is skilled in financial accounting, auditing and legal tax preparation, and is responsible for human resources, purchasing, accounting, and inventory management at Ohio Carbon Blank. Cindy plays a critical role in the company’s business development, planning and growth.
Lonnie Kirby, Production Manager
Lonnie oversees all graphite production and is responsible for ensuring consistent manufacturing of high quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. This goal is achieved by high levels of machine quality, detailed production information and use of efficient measurement techniques.Lonnie has an exceptional knowledge of graphite and consistently stresses continuous process improvement which has earned him the reputation of being intensely focused on the timely delivery of high quality parts to each and every customer.
Micah Anderson, CNC Process Engineer
Micah manages all aspects of the company’s CNC machining services including design for manufacturability, inspection procedures and documentation. Micah has 10+ years’ experience in machining, grinding, wire EDM and inspection of nickel based materials for defense related applications, and is highly skilled at working with customers to ensure that CNC machining will achieve their part objectives of fit and form. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Ohio Northern University and is a member of Ohio Carbon Blank’s Quality Management Team.
Jeff Rusyniak, Engineering Technician
Jeff creates 3D model renderings to customer specifications for CNC machining and assists in support of manufacturing, engineering and inspection. Jeff is currently a full-time Student at Lakeland Community College pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology as well as several certificates in Computer Aided Drafting and Computer Integrated Manufacturing.
